The step by step morning skincare routine includes cleansing, toning , moisturizing (CTM) and topping up a layer of sunscreen.
Step1– Face wash
Wash face with a cleanser which is 100% natural that not only cleanses but also helps in protecting and repair damaged skin on daily basis. Better to choose a cleanser that is suitable for all skin types.
Step 2– Face Toner
Follow up with a toner ( preferably mist toner) immediate after washing. Choose an alcohol free toner which reduces acne, moisturizes the skin, balances the pH and minimizes the appearance of pores.
Step 3– Face serum
Once the toner dries up, apply 2–4 drops of serum. A serum will serve to treat the skin from tanning, pigmentation, dryness, aging . Vitamin C serum with Hyaluronic acid and silk protein should be used daily.
Step 4–Sunscreen
Last but not the least top up with a broad-spectrum , non- comedogenic sunscreen which is a must.
If you have a very dry skin or during winter , you can apply a layer of moisturizer after step 3 for double moisture lock.
Follow this routine regularly for a glowing, younger -looking skin. Remember, skincare is not an overnight process, its a daily practice.
